Mindfulness is truly about connecting your mind, body and soul and living your life fully through this connection. A mindful practice allows you to build your self-awareness and create an intimate connection with your thoughts, your habits, your body, your relationships with others and the world around you, your work, your talents, your path in this world.
Here I share with you my own journey into a mindful life, my practices, my resources, my self-learning, so that you can find and build your own mindful way of living your best life.
